The program will implement, several actions :
- Workshops and trainings on specific topics with specialized consultants.
- Definition of business and export strategic plans to identify the needs and expectations of the companies, and assess the maturity of their projects.
- Tailor-made support following companies ‘specific needs.
- B2B meetings between French, Spanish and Portuguese companies. 3 to 5 B2B meetings will be organized during the program. Meetings will take place in the regions of the partners: Lisbon in Portugal, Sevilla in Spain, Gers and Limoges in France, and Asturies in Spain. These transnational B2B meetings are an opportunity for the participants to know each other and build together a common international strategy on targeted markets. - International trade fairs and exploration missions.
Export consortiums will be given the possibility to participate in international agrofood trade fairs, as well as business missions, in line with their needs and expectations.
